loading acrobat on windows 7 ..have a 64 bit ..tearing my hair out!

Post by jdpatte on 9th February 2010, 10:45 pm

I can go through AOL to view videos and pictures, but every time I try to open up videos or pictures or go into video conferencing through acrobat, it says to download latest version of adobe acrobat and when I click to do that it says I have a 64 bit and I have to convert to a 32 bit...and it doesn't tell me how to do it or doesn't work...

you need to open the 32bit internet explorer. I have the same problem when I use the 64bit IE. Flash is the problem there is not a 64bit version yet so the plugin wont run.
