How to hook up memory card?

Post by Lance(HAOH) on Sat Feb 06, 2010 1:32 am

I am using an Acer laptop. The model is Acer Aspire 4736G Series. I do not know how to connect my memory card into the card slot. The slot supports the type of card I am using. Could someone please provide a step-by-step tutorial on how to connnect the card? Thanks a lot.

Hello,

You can simply place it into the slot and it will connect.

But how? The port is very big and when I slot my memory chip inside, it just slips into the slot and the computer does not detect any new hardware connection. Could you please make a video on the whole procedure or use pictures to illustrate a step-by-step way to do it correctly? Sorry for the trouble, I am a noob at this.

make sure you putting it in the right slot, if ur using a micro sd u have to put it in one of those micro sd to sd converters
here is a pic that shows u how, its it will differ based on what type u are using
