Unmountable_Boot_Volume - revised

how do i remove this from my computer - i cant get to the system restore because everything was locked so i loaded the windows xp CD to reinstall everything - it did and now two days later this blue screen comes up again stating Unmountable_Boot_Volume is detected on your computer and im back where i started and i cant get past this blue screen

can you help???

i think that your hard drive is bad or has bad sector. when u reinstalled did u do a quick ntfs format or the full one??

i did it several times so forgive me if im not totally accurate but i believe i did both quick and full
