Windows XP Antivirus Live Virus + More?

Hey guys!

Fantastic work on the other Antivirus Live infected machine, however i have another identical computer with nearly the same problem, however im not going to use the same instructions on two different machines.

Also, malwarebytes is able to run on this machine, so i did a scan.

Im noticing right now i can get to a website here and there by disabling the proxy setting Antivirus Live sets up..But i get this message.
I've taken a screen shot [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. Any ideas as to what THAT is?Whoa!
