i am getting pop-ups like crazy, antivirus live notifications and a red box saying there is a threat named win32/nuqel.E or bankerfox.A. Everything i try to open any program it comes up with an error and the only program it seems to not affect is mozilla firefox in safe mode. I use windows xp and have norton 360 for antivirus which has been disabled. i tried downloading malbytes malware removal tool and it wont run. Any suggestions? this is the first real problem i have had and am not the most computer savvy person in the world. thanks for any assistance
