Solved AntiVirus Pro took over

Post by prayerwks247 on Sat 09 Jan 2010, 12:42 am

Good morning Last night, AntiVirus Pro took over my laptop (Windows XP) and has totally disabled everything, even Internet Explorer, and hitting CTRL-ALT-DELETE to stop programs. Thank God, when I got to work this morning and did a search, I found your website and registered. I have downloaded the Removal tool to my flash drive, and I've printed out the directions from the other Forum. Should I try that first, and then post another question if it doesn't work? I wasn't quite sure of the protocol, besides not using other member's advice, and I didn't want to waste your time. Thank you for your help.

It's fixed Thank you again... Your service is awesome!!!
