I cannot go to google or any other website whether i am using internet explorer of mozilla firefox, neither am i able to sign into windows live messenger. Wireless network connection says it is connected, and the network diagnostics do not detect any problem with my internet. The funny thing is i am able to use the internet well with my Windows 7 pc!! please help me thank you:)

Hello,

Open CMD, Reset WINSOCK entries to installation defaults by typing: netsh winsock reset catalog

Reset TCP/IP stack to installation defaults by typing: netsh int ip reset reset.log

Restart your PC.

See if you can connect now.

If not, install this to reset your TCP/IP:

Hello,

Does the connection work properly via a wired connection?
