Solved Reformatting

Post by JustinLFJ on Tue 15 Dec 2009, 9:32 pm

Hi. I have a genuine copy of Windows 7 and my computer has a lot of registry errors and my games which were working, have stopped working. And my computer is slow, though i have 4GB ram. I wanted to know can i reformat the whole PC and how to do that.

Hello,

Is your copy of Windows 7 a retail or OEM version?
