Solved startup

I have started getting a message at startup telling me some programs were blocked at start up is this normal.

It is windows defender and it wont let me do a screenshot. It is just i had never had it before so i dont know how it started on it's own, but as it is defender i suppose it is ok. Sorry for wasting your time.
