Hello.
Please re-post the log, this time, turn Word Wrap off.

To do that, open the Function menu in Notepad, and untick Word Wrap.

Re: AntiVirus System Pro-Bankerfox/Nuqel Virus

Post by CheshireCatCK on Sat Nov 14, 2009 8:32 pm

Thank you so much! It seems to be working. The only thing that I have is a red shield in my task bar that keeps giving me a pop up saying I may not be protected. I think it is for windows though, and not a virus. Is there a way to get rid of this, or will it eventually go away?

I can't thank you enough for your help! I will be happy to make a donation!

Re: AntiVirus System Pro-Bankerfox/Nuqel Virus

Post by CheshireCatCK on Sun Nov 15, 2009 7:37 pm

Hello,

Computer is running just fine now. Still have the Window Security Alert popup when I turn on the computer, but it only pops up when I first sign on and then it doesn't do anything after that. It can easily be ignored. Smile

Thank you SO much! I can't tell you how thankful I am to have that crazy virus off my laptop! Thank you for your help!!

Install Avira, and the alert will stop.

You aren't running Anti Virus Software

Please install Avira antivirus otherwise you won't be protected.

1) [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
-Free anti-virus software for Windows.
-Detects and removes more than 50,000 viruses. Free support.

It is strongly recommended that you run only one antivirus program at a time. Having more than one antivirus program active in memory uses additional resources and can result in program conflicts and false virus alerts.
