My Log

Post by Fancy Kitty on 10th May 2008, 8:17 am

What goes wrong in my computer:

I can't barely use mozilla because it does not respond. I had to get rid of my Microsoft Word because it always needed to be repaired. Computer lags sometimes, mostly in typing.
Ever since I downloaded BitDefender this started happening and also these images:

From the download process (read the plugins):

Code:
Download links deleted

Then I start to notice these(I did screen shot one that said "tracking Siinny" but I can't find it.):

Code:
 Download links deleted

I do believe the problem is with the BitDefender I downloaded. I've uninstalled and deleted it last week but somehow it's still here.

How I think I know:

Code:
links deleted
This did come up once:
Code:
 deleted

I did not download it because I don't download things I don't know.

My Log:

Hi Fancy Kitty and welcome to GeekPolice!

Before we can offer Malware support, please read and follow all instructions given at the sticky thread 'Read This Before Posting A HijackThis Log'.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Secondly, after completing these instructions we need you to post us the full HJT log as the one you have given is incomplete.
They should begin with the Operating System your computer is using, time and date, version of browser installed etc.

These above issues are fairly important as it helps us to put your computer at a 'workable state' where we are able to effectively fight any infections that may still remain and return your system to a healthy state.

Once again, Welcome, and we look forward to receiving the new log as myself or Doctor Inferno will get straight on it for you.

Regards

Yes Please!

Just follow the procedure steps as best you can, if you have any problems completing any of them, move on to next and do as much as possible.......then post the log!

I have also deleted the download links you added to your original post in order to protect our members as a saftey measure.

Its not important that we know the source to the cause of any issues.
