Anivirus Pro 2010

Post by ADIORIO on Sat Oct 03, 2009 11:02 pm

Dear Whomever,
I have antivirus pro 2010 on my laptop. Everywhere I have looked says to install malwarebytes or another program. I already have malware bytes but the virus blocks me from opening it. It has also prevented me from entering my computer in safe mode and getting onto the internet. I can't install and use new scanner programs because they require the internet to update them before they can be used and as I said the virus has blocked me from even getting on to the internet. Does anyone know any other way around this thing. I'll take any suggetions. I'd really rather not have to wipe out the whole computer. Please Help Me!!!!

Hello.
Can you use another machine to download tools from, then transport them via USB?

No. I attempted to do that already and it has blocked the computer from reading my USB. I put the program on a cd and that worked but it would not let me use the program untill I updated it and I need internet to do so. Can't get my computer to even go on the internet now. I swear this virus has thought about all the usuall steps one can take to get around them and remove them. My task manager has also been disabled.

What programs are you trying to use? Hijack This doesn't need to update itself via the internet?

  • Please download DDS by sUBs to your Desktop (Important!!) from one of these locations:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
  • Double click DDS.scr to run.
  • When complete, two logs will open. Save both of the report to your Desktop.
  • Copy and paste DDS.txt back here, I don't need to see attach.txt just yet.
