need help please!

Post by sande006 on Sat Sep 26, 2009 4:48 am

I have some sort of virus that has affected all my programs. When I try to click on any of the icons in my desktop a black box appears for a second, sometimes saying (file too large) or something close to that. I am able to access the internet through pop ups and stuff like that but i cannot click on my mozilla icon and get on. Also, every time i try and download something to help my situation as soon as i try and run the program the black box pops up again and it will not open. If anyone has experienced this before or can help me in any way I would really appreciate it!! Thanks in advance!
