Antivirus System Pro

This link just poped up on my computer and I keep getting windows security alert message for antivirus and to click to scan computer. It is blocking me from system restore and my AVG antivirus has not removed it and deverts me to porn sites. Can you help me clean this from my computer.

Let's try to get this with one punch... Bring it on

Please open Notepad and copy and paste these instructions in to it, then save it to your Desktop - or Print them. You will not be able to be online on Step 2 of this post. If you paste them, in Notepad, do not minimize Notepad, or close it.

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded select "Perform Full Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Extra Note)
  • Please save the log to a location you will remember.
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy and paste the entire report in your next reply. (This will be report # 1) Close the log.

Extra Note:

If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove,you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts,click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.


((((((( Running Malwarebytes in Expert Mode ))))))))
Please leave Malwarebytes open, do not minimize it.

Start Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del or Ctrl+Shift+Esc) - click the Processes tab.

Select the following processes (if they exist), and click End Process:

iexplore.exe (all instances)

Then, leave Task manager open, as is, or minimize it if it is in the way. If it is hard to access later, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete again.


Go to Malwarebytes, and select Perform Quick Scan, and click Scan. Follow instructions like above. After it is done, it will launch a log. Close the log.

Then, go to Task Manager, click File > New Task. In the box, enter explorer.exe, and press OK. Your Desktop shall launch, and restart the computer.

As long as you saved those logs to a location you can remember, open those logs in Notepad. The first log generated, then paste the second log after that.
