Antivirus Pro 2010 Can't sign on to I E

When I try to go on internet Explorer, my system is giving an error msg:

There is a software called Antivirus Pro 2010 and it keeps popping up. It seems similar to a problem we had a couple of days ago with another program called Personal Antivirus Attack that you helped us remove.I thought my wife had downloaded Avast antivirus to protect the computer but this still got through. I have been trying to install hijack this to the troubled pc but can't load it or it wont execute properly.So I have included the hijack this report you used the other day to help us remove the other problem, I hope that will help. I had the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware program on the troubled pc but it would not load either.
There is also a warning saying some remote server or (something) is doing something I'm not sure what because the computer just shut itself off. These 2 IP addresses were trying to gain access to the computer. 124.27.182.85.19160
and 36.191.94.249.20176 if those are real or not. I don't know because it was part of the remote server warning.
I have copied the previous post you helped us with a few days ago including the Hijackthis report and pasted it below, I hope it will have the bad files in there but I didn't see it in the 04 section of report. Please advise us if you can.

Personal Antivirus Attack

Hello I hope you can help us,as this is my sisterinlaws computer and she is the opposite of a computer geek.She doesn't appear to have any kind of anti virus software on this computer (dell inspiron 6000).This Personal Antivirus is even blocking access to the links you posted to try and terminate the Malware. Here is the Hijack this scan report we got.Please tell us what we can do to remove this antivirus so I can install some new anti virus software. Maybe you have some recomendations about a free or reasonable anti virus software. Sorry but I don't know how else I can attach this file.

Please download and run this tool.
Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here
Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.
Post the contents of the MBAM Log.
- Open HijackThis
- Choose "Do a system scan only"
- Check the boxes in front of these lines:

- Close Hijack This.
Please download and run this tool.
Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here
Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
- Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
- If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
- Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
- The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
- When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
- Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
- When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
- The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
