Solved Re: Large TMP file on XP

Hello, from what I see GLCC.tmp is a file used for Yahoo Messenger. Removing it might cause the program to not work properly any more.

If you use CCleaner and go to the tab Applications, if Yahoo Messenger it ticked, it should remove it safely, or reduce the file size.

However, I will let a more experienced member / advisor to confirm this, or provide better recommendations.

Hello,

There's not much reference as to what GLCC.tmp belongs to. Since it belongs to the temp folder, it should be safe to delete, but try what Safan says first and see how it goes.

You can also try moving it to another folder (your dekstop for example) and see if your computer works properly. If it doesn't then you can delete the temp file.
