IDT Audio system tray application probelm
Every time I log onto my computer I keep getting the error that my IDT Audio system tray has encountered a problem and needs to be shut down. My choices are either: send error report, don't send or cancel. How do I fix this problem?

IDT Audio Driver Problem
I am also having the same problem, an error message which states that the IDT Audio system tray application is having difficulty. I have read the replies to the original question but they are not clear to me. Where do I find the referenced driver?

I have encountered the same problem with my comuter. I reloaded the Dell Driver R114282 and the problem continues. Please advise what to do next.
I even took advice from another website and purchased Registry Mechanic. That found and fixed a lot of problems but it did nothing for this issue.

First download the proper Sigmatel driver from Dell ...... support.dell.com
Click on Drivers and downloads/click on service tag and type in your service tag number
Look on the back of your computer for the service tag number
Next uninstall the Sigmatel driver in device manager
Then go to control panel, Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the Sigmatel program
Then install the driver you downloaded from Dell
