Help Please. :(

Hello, if anyone can help me out i would be very grateful.

I have a virus/spyware on my laptop called "Warning! Your're in Danager!". But the thing is i can't get rid of it.
I have read over the net how to do it and stuff, but the virus wont let me open any of my files and says that they are infected. My anti-virus/anti spyware programmes like Bullguard, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware & Spyware Doctor cant open. I cant even delete the files manually.

Please help me. Sad tearing Thanks

Please download the current version of HijackThis from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

  • Double click and run the installer.
  • It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  • After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  • Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.

Thanks but..

It says "Application cannot be executed. The File hijackthis.exe is infected."

This is what it says when i try to open any of my anti software.

What could i do now?

Once again, when i tried to open the file it said

"Application cannot be executed. The File WScript.exe is infected."

It looks to me any software I download and try and use gets infected and wont let me open them. Is there anything maybe manually i could try?

Download the zip file, are you able to extract the folder inside the zip?

Hello, thanks for all your help but i managed to get rid of the virus.

I put my Laptop in Safe Mode with Networking. Download Spyware Doctor, did a scan and got rid of it all. Restarted laptop, used my user normally and it went back to normal.

So if anyone else needs to get rid of it thats how to do it if you need it for future reference. Smile

SAFE MODE IS THE WAY!

Horror has struck again.

After turning my laptrop off last night and turning it on this morning.

It said
"This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM.
The system process,
'C:\WINDOWS\System32\Services.exe' terminate unexpectedly with status code 0. The system will now shut down and restart."

Indifferent or Blank This comes up justb4 i get to log into any users on my laptop. What does it mean :\

Im on my girlfriends laptop atm.

Are you able to boot in safe mode with networking?

Please do the following in Safe Mode with Networking: as the computer is booting press and hold your "F8 Key" which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" as shown below. Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode with Networking" and press your Enter key.

Note: With some computers if you press and hold a key as the computer is booting you will get a stuck key message. If this occurs, instead of pressing and holding the "F8 key", tap the "F8 key" continuously until you get the startup menu.) Once in the start up menu, select "Safe Mode with Networking", then see if you can get on via that mode?

Hello.

  • Open HijackThis
  • Choose "Do a system scan only"
  • Check the boxes in front of these lines:


    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C255C8A-E604-49b4-9D64-90988571CECB} - (no file)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [net] "C:\WINDOWS\system32\net.net"
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [14801714] C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\14801714\14801714.ex
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Rtolejataza] rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\ukowijehulalihoc.dll",e
    O20 - AppInit_DLLs: hcmlie.dll


  • Press "Fix Checked"
  • Close Hijack This.

Please download and run this tool.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.


Post the contents of the MBAM Log.
