Its a tiny popup, I can't close it, and it only comes up when I go to YouTube. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I was just curious if anyone has had a chance to look over my issue that I posted a few days ago. The instructions that I received stated that I would hear a response within 24 hours and that was several days ago.
Thanks!!
Thanks!!
