I am attempting to remote connect to the NextGen product at a local doctors' office. I am able to access the portal. I get to the Windows Server 2003 screen. When I put in my password on the sign in, I get a loop error or a connection error. The numbers on the loop errors vary. I think I have seen 5, 11, 12. The other physician is able to access the product at his home. Is there something on my connection settings, firewall settings, or wireless settings that I can adjust. I have also gotten a screen that says 'loading plug-in' for the Java.
