Cannot start windows at all.

Hi i am currently having a problem with my personal computer, this problem has occurred for 2 months now. I have tried to reinstall windows numerous tries and purchased a new hard drive but this error persists.

STOP :0x0000008e (0XC0000005, 0xF8A8056C, 0x00000000)

Hello,

Almost all 0x8E errors are caused by faulty ram, I would recommend you perform memory tests:
