bigfix question?

Post by novocainexsenses on Tue Aug 11, 2009 7:45 pm

i seem to have bigfix installed on my computer. i read in a different topic that it is a program made by hp, but my computer is a gateway. is there a possibility that it is malware? and second of all, if not, is it safe for me to remove it provided that i already have anti-malware and anti-virus installed on my computer?

Hello,

BigFix high performance security and systems management enables customers to securely manage their global IT infrastructures faster, more accurately, resulting in improved governance, control, visibility, and business agility.

You can uninstall it if you want, since you already have other anti-malware products running.
