===============
Please update your version of Hijackthis.
* [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] to download HJTsetup.exe
  • Save HJTsetup.exe to your desktop.
  • Doubleclick on the HJTsetup.exe icon on your desktop.
  • By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Hijack This.
  • Click on I agree
  • DO NOT have Hijack This fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.
========================================
After that download ComboFix from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] or [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] to your Desktop.
  • Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
  • When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall

In case you have used Combofix before, please delete the version you have and redownload it again, because Combofix is being updated everyday.

In case your Antivirus or any other realtime scanner is displaying an alert after you downloaded Combofix or while you use Combofix, please disable your scanner and redownload Combofix again. Because some scanners may see some combofix related components as suspicious and block or delete them while there's nothing wrong with them.

you can check [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] if you do not know how to disable your anti virus or other software.

Please be a GeekPolice fan on [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Is that for any program or just for Combofix?

Please download [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] to your desktop
  • Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
  • Click the Scan for Vundo button.
  • Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
  • You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
  • Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
