Rogue Spyware

Post by jkhorner04 on 14th July 2009, 4:31 pm

Yesterday a system called Personal Antivirus popped up and scanned my computer, it stated when done that there were 72 trojans and some odd amount of worms on the computer, I scanned with my own internet security system and also downloaded avast. Neither one of these found anything. I tried to uninstall the Personal Antivirus but it is still on the bottom toolbar. I was told that this is probably a rogue spyware. How do I get it to go away?
