Hi,
My mom turned her computer on and received an error message:
Root from ATAPI.CD-ROM
Disk boot failure, insert system disk and press ENTER.
Does anyone know how I should address this issue? I have no idea what to do at this point. Her hard drive memory upgraded and the computer was working fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Angela

Hello,
Most probably because your boot order isn't configured correctly. Boot into your BIOS by tapping Del continuously at boot up and in Advanced BIOS settings chnage the first boot order to your hard disk instead of the CD or DVD Drive.
