What do you mean WIFI attacks? If you want to protect yourself from penetration within the WIFI network almost any known firewall will do.

Are you talking about the free version? I've read about outpost firewall free. It has annoying ads: http://www.techsupportalert.com/best-free-firewall.htm

I think that the best commercial firewall should be zonealarm firewall pro. http://www.zonealarm.com/security/en-us/zonealarm-pro-firewall-anti-spyware.htm

By the way doctor, how does Comodo firewall fare against Outpost free? :hmm:

I can't compare them, I've never tried Outpost free before. And the last time I tested Comodo was about a year ago.

Comodo firewall does not come as a stand-alone these days as it has been incorporated into the Comodo Internet Security Suite (CIS). CIS can be downloaded and the firewall feature alone can be "enabled". The Comodo firewall is very good but like all other firewalls has to be configured to a certain extent.

I prefer Webroot firewall for a free. It lacks advanced features though.

Comodo firewall is a nuisance as it comes along with that defense++ which I feel is unnecessary and it hogs my computer.
