Ok, so under instruction of Doctor Inferno I have installed AutoIT which can delete spam via programming. I need some help on how to do this.. so help please

You have to show us the code you have already written, then we can help you from there. You dont expect us to write a whole program for you right?

To write the code you need to have the AutoIT editor, and then learn the language.
Goto Google and just type in AutoIT beginner tutorial or something of that sort.
