Problem with SonicGear Evo 8 Speakers

The speakers was a set bought not long ago at challenger, then when i plug in the cables, the speakers gives off a screaching sound thats keeps going on, anyway to solve the issue ?

Try these steps!
1. Try speakers on another pc or laptop!
2. Try reinstalling drivers for your soundcard\speakers!
3. Run antivirus\spyware program to check for infection!
4. Check your CPU usage by pressing ctrl\alt\delete!
