Malware bytes not responding

Post by CandK on 03/05/09, 12:15 pm

I followed the directions set forth to download malwarebytes, and each time I click on the icon it will not open. I have tried going to start then run and typing in the command that was in the guide for malwarebytes, but I get an incorrect path error. I need to get this win bluesoft off my computer. Is there a way to do this another way, and if so, could you please post step by stpe directions.
Thanks,
Charlie

malwarebytes worked for me but unfortunately not for my sis. sis ended up having to download this program called spyhunter to get the virus off her computer. BUT the catch is they want a $29 fee after they scanned and detected every file from the winibluesoft virus on your computer. she purchased and she is now virus free.

Also might want to point out people who are running routers to check their DNS settings and make sure they are on auto. And not what the spyware wants it to go.

That is why your web sites are going to spyware pages and not the one you want to go to.

If you can't run or update your virus or anitspyware program, you need to search these forums for a rootkit fix.
