Hi,
if you still have malware problem please read THIS post, open new topic in Virus, Spyware & Malware Removal and post your HijackThis log file inside.

I registered to say a big Thank You for helping me. I was at my wits end and Norton wanted to charge me $100 to remove this. Your instructions were easy to follow and they worked!!!

I am fed up with Norton and if you can recommend an antivirus program I would be very grateful. I am telling my computer friends about you.

I have the Alpha Antivirus on my home computer, so I went to a computer at the library to look up information on how to get rid of it, and I found this website. Unfortunately I can't log on to the internet at home to complete the instructions to remove the virus because, according to ATT/SBC, my browser is corrupted. They want to charge me $99 to fix the corrupted browser. They say that they can do this from their location and that I can just sit back and watch it happen. If there is any other way to fix my corrupted browser without spending any money, I would greatly appreciate that information. I just want to be able to log on at home and then follow the instructions to remove the virus. Thanks!!
