Google Redirect

When I click on links that google provides for my search it leads me to another website that's usually an ad website. I have the latest version of Malware downloaded on to my computer and did a quick scan and it's saying there's no files,folders, etc. infected with a malicious items. Any help on how to get google to stop redirecting me???
