Wall-E Movie theme for Windows Blinds

My GF loves Wall-E, the latest movie reliesed by Pixar.

Well, her birthday is coming up soon, and I know exactly what to get her! She has the movie, figures, posters, clothing, and other accesories, but there is one thing she doesnt have. A customized Wall-E desktop theme, complete with icons, wallpapers, and a Windows Blinds skin.

I have the wallpapers, I have the Screen Saver, and I have the Icons, but I havent been able to find ANY themes. I am not good enough to make them myself, so I am reaching out for help. If anyone knows where to find one, or is good enough to make one, then please help.

I just really want to make her birthday a special one.

Quick Goolge search didn't give me anything other than torrents, but I hope your GF has a fantastic birthday.

I have searched all the graphics, skins, and modding forums and websites that I know (Around 130 Sites) as well as every search engine that I could get ahold of, but the only skins that I have been able to find have been deleted or removed because of copyright problems.

If anyone is willing to help make one, you dont have to worrie. I am not going to redistrabute it, so there is no worrie about getting into trouble. Remember, you arent breaking copyright laws unless you distibute to a croud.

I wish I could make a theme myself, but the thing is I don't know how to do it, and I do not know what software is needed.

I did a quick search on Yahoo and Google. But didn't find any.

I found one, but it requires you to buy it, not only that, it isn't even out yet.

@ Agent, the software that you are looking for is Skin Studio by Stardock ltd. It has a free trial. Maby you could give it a shot?

Cool, nice software. I might be making my custom themes and posting if I can find time. By the way, when's your girlfriend's birthday and how does the Wall-E theme looks like?

Her birthday is October 14th. I will need it by October 12th so that I can finialize everything and wrap it all into one install package...

I wouldnt know where you can find an example of it, but I can show you lots of pics.

If you could tell me some details on colour, style, texture and hopefully some examples of the Wall-E theme, maybe I can help you come up with something. Let's just hope I know how to handle the program well though.
