Summary of GeekPolice news in 2009
It's been a great year for most of us here at GeekPolice. We have grown quite a fair bit since we launched on 1st July 2008.
We have garnered over to 2 million unique visitors this year, 35,000 members and 100,000 posts. In Janurary we got about 60,000 visitors which grew to over 250,000 visitors in December 2009.
This wouldn't have been possible without great efforts from the volunteers, staff, members or even guests here at GeekPolice.
Here's a time-line of what we did in 2009.
Special thanks to the GeekPolice Team. The great Belahzur who has been ever-so hard working since the site was about 400 members small. Agent Cosmic who helped in developing/designing the site and posting captivating content. Origin who took over Belahzur when he's away (Origin, where are you?). Safan who provides break technology news which also helps bring life to our Twitter page. And DragonMaster Jay our newest team member who is here to support us further and who initiated the GeekPolice Academy.
