Is this safe to delete? I'm nervous about deleting system32 files from my girlfriends parent's computer. They had the whole Personal Antivirus thing as well. Every site they go to on the internet says "it's not safe to do so", because there could be malware on it.

There's also another pf file called 'NETFILTER.EXE-141BCA0A.pf', is that related?
