What is AlphaAV.exe? It is the name of an executable file from a rouge antivirus software known as Alpha Antivirus.




File Location

  • C:\Program Files\Alpha Antivirus


File Behaviour

  • This process is encrypted using a software packing process.
  • Executes a process.
  • Resists interrogation by security programs.


File Type

  • Executable File




Recommendations

AlphaAV.exe is a malicious file which should be removed immediately. Instructions on how to remove it can be found here
